One rainy night in Richmond, Virginia, Edgar Allan Poe boards a steamship bound for New York. He will never reach his destination, but his voyage will take him into the depths of memory and imagination toward the discovery that, of all the twisted tales he ever told, his darkest story was his own.

Following acclaimed performances throughout Canada and Off-Broadway, Catalyst Theatre’s haunting and heart-rending musical play Nevermore – The Imaginary Life and Mysterious Death of Edgar Allan Poe arrives at London’s Charing Cross Theatre in July 2027 for a limited season.

Nevermore was written, composed, and directed by Jonathan Christenson, and designed by Bretta Gerecke.
